About Me:

I grew up just down the road in Riesel, Texas. After graduating from Texas A&M (Whoop!), I spent my first year teaching at Livingston High School. I then spent the next 3 years teaching Ag at Midway High School. I am so excited to be back in a small community. I come from a family of educators and I am the oldest of 3 siblings. I am married to Mr. Snyder and we have two beautiful kids Layton and Miles. We also have 2 dogs (Maggie and Grady).

My hobbies include:
Crafting, traveling, photography, and spending time with friends and family 

Why I chose teaching?
 I chose to become an ag teacher because of the many opportunities I was blessed with from my own time in FFA. I love that there is a place for anyone and everyone in FFA. I look forward each year to welcoming in a new group of students that have no idea what they are getting into when they sign up to take an ag class.
